Equipment and Network. Customer shall obtain and maintain at its own expense its own data processing and communications equipment as may be necessary or appropriate to facilitate the proper use and receipt of the Services. Customer shall pay all installation, monthly, and other charges relating to the installation and use of communications lines between Customer's datacenter and the Operations Center. M&I maintains and will continue to maintain a network control center with diagnostic capability to monitor reliability and availability of the communication lines described in the Network Schedule, but M&I shall not be responsible for the continued availability or reliability of such communications lines.
Equipment and Network. Bank shall be solely responsible for supplying and installing the necessary hardware and software at Bank’s location(s) for the purpose of connection to the Company computer network and resources (the “Computing Resources”). Bank shall abide by Company’s security measures to restrict unauthorized access to Computing Resources.

Metavante agrees to provide services to install, configure, and support the wide-area network to interconnect Customer to the Operations Center as described in, and subject to the terms and conditions of, the Network Schedule.
