Annual Test. Metavante shall test its Plan by conducting one (1) test annually and shall provide Customer with a description of the test results in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Annual Test. Fiserv shall test its Disaster Recovery Service Plan annually. Client agrees to participate in and assist Fiserv with such test, if requested by Fiserv. Test results will be made available to Client's management, regulators, internal and external auditors, and Client's insurance underwriters, upon request.
