ANNUAL PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS. 12.01 The parties recognize the desirability of an ongoing appraisal system designed to provide effective communications between the Employer and the Employee regarding an Employee's performance. (a) A written summary of annual performance of Employees shall be completed approximately once every twelve (12) months.
