Common use of Annual Increases Clause in Contracts

Annual Increases. A. An employee’s annual increase date will be set and remain the same regardless of whether there is a break in service with the AGO. For employees hired prior to July 1, 2020, the annual increase date will be established based upon the employee’s initial hire date into the AGO. For employees hired on or after July 1, 2020, the employee’s annual increase date will be the initial hire date into an AAG position, referred to in the payroll system as the AAG Hire Date.
