Annual Increases. The Base Salary shall be increased at the end of each year of service by the greater of (i) 5% or (ii) a percentage equal to the increase, if any, in the United States Department of Labor Consumer Price Index (or comparable index, if available) for the New York metropolitan area over the previous 12 months.
