Annual Increases. Employee shall receive such annual increases in salary as may be determined by the Board in its sole discretion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employee shall be entitled to a seven percent (7%) cost of living increase annually for the period through May 15, 2000, at which time the Board, in its sole discretion, may change the amount of the annual cost of living increase.
