Common use of Annual Grant Clause in Contracts

Annual Grant. On each of the first and second anniversary dates of this Agreement, so long as Employee is not in breach of any provision of this Agreement and has remained fully employed by the Company at all times during such years, Employee will receive an incentive stock option (the "Annual Option")under the Plan to purchase 5,000 shares of Common Stock.

Annual Grant. On each of the first first, second, third, fourth and second fifth anniversary dates of this Agreement, so long as Employee is not in breach of any provision of this Agreement and has remained fully employed by the Company at all times during such years, . Employee will receive an incentive stock option (under the "Annual Option")under the Plan plan to purchase 5,000 2,000 shares of Common Stockcommon stock.
