Common use of Annual Forecast Clause in Contracts

Annual Forecast. To the extent that Patheon determines that the projections contained in the rolling forecast provided pursuant to Section 5.1(a) necessitate that an adjustment be made to the Manufacturing Services fees in respect of any Product for such Year, then Patheon shall be entitled to an appropriate price adjustment to pass on the increase in the cost of providing the Manufacturing Services which is attributable to the changes in the rolling forecast projections.

Annual Forecast.
