Common use of Annual Fees and Annual Qualification Clause in Contracts

Annual Fees and Annual Qualification. The ADVISOR shall pay an annual fee $49.00 every year, which covers administrative and technology costs associated with the development and maintenance of Magneceutical Health's online platforms and services. The annual fee is due within ninety (90) days from the 1-year anniversary date of the Advisor’s original enrollment date, and every year thereafter. Magneceutical Health shall have the right to change the annual fee in its sole discretion at any time by providing notice of such change to the distributors directly affected by such change. Additionally all Advisors must have a minimum of an active paying Subscription for their personal system or a Sale of a system to a Customer or Advisor in a 12-month period in order to remain an Advisor in good standing and keep their downline and the associated bonuses. If they fail to meet this requirement in any 12-month period, they will be canceled which causes them to be removed from the company downline organization. (for more information see Cancellation Policy in section 7 below)
