Common use of Annual Equity Award Clause in Contracts

Annual Equity Award. The Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual award of restricted stock units (“RSUs”) valued at $765,000, the terms of which shall be governed by the Company’s 2017 Equity Incentive Plan (“2017 Plan”), including any equity grant documents thereunder. Half of such RSUs shall be subject to time-based vesting and half of such RSUs shall be subject to performance vesting.
