Common use of <Annual Entitlement Capacity Clause in Contracts

<Annual Entitlement Capacity. > The State shall provide sufficient capacity in the transportation facilities to deliver the Agency’s Maximum Annual Entitlement at a continuous flow subject to the provisions of Article 17(b). No capacity shall be provided for peaking.
