Annual alternate calendars. Alternate calendars, (excluding summer quarter) may be arranged for an individual faculty member or groups of faculty, with the mutual agreement of the faculty involved and the appropriate unit administrator with final approval by the Vice President for Instruction. The duration and terms of any such alternate calendar for the following academic year must be approved in writing no later than June 15 and must be consistent with the number of contracted days listed above.
