Common use of Ancillary Reference Services Clause in Contracts

Ancillary Reference Services. Subject to the approval of the Regulator, AGN will have the right to vary the Reference Tariffs for Ancillary Reference Services, initially on 1 July 20231 January 2018, and thereafter annually during the Fifth Access Arrangement Period, on the basis of the following Reference Tariff Control Formula: 𝐴𝑅𝑇𝑡 = 𝐴𝑅𝑇𝑡−1 × (1 + ∆𝐶𝑃𝐼𝑡) where: t is the year for which tariffs are being set ARTt is the Ancillary Reference Tariff that will apply to an Ancillary Reference Service in in year t;
