An Anchor Tenancy clause establishes the rights and obligations related to a major tenant, often referred to as the "anchor tenant," within a commercial property such as a shopping center. Anchor Tenancy. Beginning on the launch date of each Anchor Tenant Button (AOL shall use commercially reasonable efforts to meet the launch dates set forth in EXHIBIT M), AOL shall provide ICP with Anchor Tenant distribution (the "ANCHOR TENANCY") as follows:
(a) prominently place, on a Continuous basis, an agreed-upon ICP logo, banner, branded link, listing or other placement as set forth in EXHIBIT H (each, an "ANCHOR TENANT BUTTON") and provide Banner Advertisements and other temporary Promotions set forth on EXHIBIT H on the screens set forth in Para▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ (▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ (▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ntry Services), Paragraph 3 (AOL.▇▇▇), ▇aragraph 4 (Digital City Service) and Paragraph 6 (CompuServe) of EXHIBIT H (or any specific successor thereto) which Anchor Tenant Buttons shall link to the ICP Internet Site(s); or, if requested by AOL pursuant to Section 5.2.1, to a Welcome Mat;
(b) subject to the terms of this Agreement, provide ICP with, at a minimum, the following Keywords (as well as any mutually agreed upon Keywords related to any new products or services developed by ICP during the Term): "SportsLine", "CBS SportsLine", "CBS Sports", "GolfWeb", "IGO Golf", "TheS▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇" "Comm▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇", "Football Playbook", "SoccerNet", and "Cricinfo" which Keywords shall link to an applicable page within the applicable ICP Internet Site, subject to AOL's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld nor delayed, and
Anchor Tenancy. Beginning on the Launch Date (or upon the launch of the new version of the applicable screen or channel, as the case may be), ICP shall receive anchor tenant distribution within the AOL Service as follows:
(a) Within the Families channel (or any specific successor thereof), AOL shall continuously and prominently place an agreed-upon ICP logo or banner (an "Anchor Tenant Button") on each of (i) the Families channel main screen, (ii) the Parenting subscreen and (iii) the Babies subscreen, or any specific successor(s) of such screens, which Anchor Tenant Buttons shall each link to the "Parent Soup" Online Area.
(b) Within the Health channel (or any specific successor thereof), AOL shall continuously and prominently place an Anchor Tenant Button on each of (i) the Health channel main screen and (ii) the Illnesses and Treatments subscreen, or any specific successor(s) of such screens, which Anchor Tenant Buttons shall link to the "Better Health" Online Area.
(c) AOL shall continuously and prominently place an Anchor Tenant Button on the Women's subchannel main screen (or any specific successor thereof), which Anchor Tenant Button shall link to the "iVillage Women's Network" Online Area.
(d) Until [*], AOL shall continuously and prominently place an Anchor Tenant Button on the Lifestyles channel main screen (or any specific successor thereof), which Anchor Tenant Button shall link to the "iVillage Women's Network" Online Area. Beginning on [*], AOL shall have the option to remove the Anchor Tenant Button set forth in this Section 1.1(d), [*] from the Lifestyles channel main screen, in which case the carriage payments and Impressions Guarantees shall be adjusted as set forth in Section 1.5.1.1 and
Section 1.6.1. ICP may request that [*] the Anchor Tenant Button set forth in this Section 1.1(d) on [*] by providing [*] with written notice thereof no later than [*], in which case the [*] and [*] shall be [*] as set forth in [*] and [*].
(e) AOL shall provide ICP with the keywords specified on Exhibit A.2 hereto provided, however, that (i) AOL shall have the right to discontinue provision to ICP of any keywords that are not registered trademarks of ICP upon thirty (30) days notice and (ii) ICP may submit for AOL's approval (not to be unreasonably withheld) any other trademarks or trade names of ICP as potential additional keywords.

Anchor Tenancy. A prominent placement on a screen or form which is -------------- no less favorable in size and position on the screen than any other third party on such screen.
Anchor Tenancy. Beginning on the Launch Date and continuing during the remainder of the Term, ICP shall receive anchor tenant distribution within the Health Channel offered on the AOL Service, as follows: AOL shall (a) continuously and prominently place an agreed-upon ICP logo or banner on the Health Channel main screen and the Health Channel's Illness & Treatments and Support Groups Experts subscreens (or, with respect to any such screens, any specific successors thereof) (collectively, the "Screens"); (b)provide ICP with the keyword "Ask-A-Doctor" which shall Link to the Welcome Mat(s) (as defined below); and (c) list ICP in AOL's "Directory of Services" and "Find" features. AOL shall also use reasonable efforts to program the ICP Internet Site, or Content therefrom, into the Health Channel's Healthy Living subscreen.
Anchor Tenancy. Home agrees that during the term of the Agreement, -------------- ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ will be the Anchor Tenant content provider on @Home for the Health Sub-channel. For purposes of this agreement, "Anchor Tenant" means:
Anchor Tenancy. During the term, ICP shall receive anchor tenant distribution within the AOL Brand Service, as follows: AOL shall: (a) continuously and prominently place a mutually agreed upon ICP logo, ***** as determined by ICP but subject to the guidelines set forth in Exhibit "A-1" (provided that AOL shall have the right to amend Exhibit A-1 in good faith to incorporate additional reasonable guidelines) on the main Sports Channel screen (or any specific successor thereof) on the AOL Brand Service (the "MAIN SPORTS SCREEN"), with prominent placement to be mutually agreed-upon, provided that ICP shall have a first right to choose placement from the available options (such right to extend to any subsequent substantial interface redesigns to the Main Sports Screen made by AOL during the Term) and ***** during the Term; (b) continuously include the Licensed Content (as defined in section 1.2 below) adjacent to attribution to ICP as the source of such content *****; provided, however, that the inclusion of Licensed Content with respect to any of the foregoing screens not launched as of the Effective Date shall be applicable as of the date of launch of such screen(s); and provided, further, that the Licensed Content included in the screens specified in this Section l.l(b) shall generally be Content drawn (as determined by AOL based on the quality and relevance of such Content) from an area of the ICP Interactive Site designated by ICP which shall contain the Licensed Content, or, if not from such designated area, then such other Licensed Content as determined by AOL in consultation with ICP. (c) program certain other Licensed Content on other appropriate screens in the Sports Channel, as determined by AOL in its discretion; -1-
Anchor Tenancy. Beginning on the applicable Launch Date and continuing during the Term, ICP shall receive anchor tenant distribution within the AOL Service, as follows: AOL shall (a) place ICP logos or banners throughout the AOL Service as specified on Exhibit A, such logos or banners to all link directly to the applicable Welcome Mat; (b) provide ICP with the keywords specified on Exhibit A-1 hereto (provided that (i) AOL shall have the right to discontinue provision to ICP of any "generic" keywords specified on Exhibit A-1 on 30 days notice and (ii) ICP may submit for AOL's approval (not to be unreasonably withheld) any other trademarks of ICP as potential additional keywords), which shall Link to the applicable Welcome Mat; and (c) list "Parent Soup," "About Work," "Better Health," and "About Life" in AOL's "Directory of Services" and "Find" features. The placements specified in Exhibit A shall be comparable to the placement of other standard anchor tenants on the relevant screens.
Anchor Tenancy. Beginning on the Launch Date, ICP shall receive anchor tenant distribution within the Personal Finance channel (or any specific successor thereof) offered on the AOL Service, as follows: AOL shall
(a) continuously and prominently place an agreed-upon ICP icon, symbol, name, logo or banner (each, an "Anchor Tenant Button") on the "Active Investor" screen (or any specific successor thereof), on which ICP's Anchor Tenant Button shall be ***** Anchor Tenant Buttons, and the "Investing Forums" screen (or any specific successor thereof), on which ICP's Anchor Tenant Button shall be ***** (based on relevant factors, e.g. ***** considered as a whole and not individually) ***** any other anchor tenant's ***** which is continuously displayed on such screen. Such Anchor Tenant Buttons shall each, through a uniform resource locator ("URL"), link to the Welcome Mat on the World Wide Web, or to some other mutually agreed-upon area(s) within the AOL Network (i.e. in "Rainman"), (b) provide ICP with the keywords "TheStreet" "▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇" and "TSC" which shall link to the Welcome Mat, and (c) list the ICP Internet Site in ---------------------- ***** Confidential treatment has been requested for redacted portions.
