Common use of Anchor Tenancy Clause in Contracts

Anchor Tenancy. Beginning on the launch date of each Anchor Tenant Button (AOL shall use commercially reasonable efforts to meet the launch dates set forth in EXHIBIT M), AOL shall provide ICP with Anchor Tenant distribution (the "ANCHOR TENANCY") as follows: (a) prominently place, on a Continuous basis, an agreed-upon ICP logo, banner, branded link, listing or other placement as set forth in EXHIBIT H (each, an "ANCHOR TENANT BUTTON") and provide Banner Advertisements and other temporary Promotions set forth on EXHIBIT H on the screens set forth in Para▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ (▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ (▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ntry Services), Paragraph 3 (AOL.▇▇▇), ▇aragraph 4 (Digital City Service) and Paragraph 6 (CompuServe) of EXHIBIT H (or any specific successor thereto) which Anchor Tenant Buttons shall link to the ICP Internet Site(s); or, if requested by AOL pursuant to Section 5.2.1, to a Welcome Mat; (b) subject to the terms of this Agreement, provide ICP with, at a minimum, the following Keywords (as well as any mutually agreed upon Keywords related to any new products or services developed by ICP during the Term): "SportsLine", "CBS SportsLine", "CBS Sports", "GolfWeb", "IGO Golf", "TheS▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇" "Comm▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇", "Football Playbook", "SoccerNet", and "Cricinfo" which Keywords shall link to an applicable page within the applicable ICP Internet Site, subject to AOL's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld nor delayed, and

Anchor Tenancy. Beginning on the launch date Launch Date, ICP shall receive anchor tenant distribution within the Music subchannel of each Anchor Tenant Button the Entertainment channel (or any specific successor(s) thereof) offered on the AOL shall use commercially reasonable efforts to meet the launch dates set forth in EXHIBIT M)Service, AOL shall provide ICP with Anchor Tenant distribution (the "ANCHOR TENANCY") as follows:: AOL shall (a) continuously and prominently place, on a Continuous basis, place an agreed-upon ICP logo, banner, branded link, listing logo or other placement as set forth in EXHIBIT H banner (each, an "ANCHOR TENANT BUTTONAnchor Tenant Button") on each of (i) the Music subchannel screen and provide Banner Advertisements (ii) the Music genre (i.e., Rock/Pop, R&B/Rap, Classical, Alternative, Jazz and other temporary Promotions set forth on EXHIBIT H on Country) screens within the screens set forth in Para▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ (▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ (▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ntry Services), Paragraph 3 (AOL.▇▇▇), ▇aragraph 4 (Digital City Service) and Paragraph 6 (CompuServe) of EXHIBIT H Music subchannel (or any specific successor theretosuccessor(s) thereof) which Anchor Tenant Buttons shall link to the ICP Internet Site(s); orOnline Area, if requested by AOL pursuant to Section 5.2.1, to a Welcome Mat; (b) subject provide ICP with the keyword "Rolling Stone" which shall link to the Online Area, and (c) list the Online Area in AOL's "Directory of Services" and "Find" features. Except to the extent expressly described herein, the exact form, placement and nature of the Anchor Tenant Buttons shall be determined by AOL in its reasonable editorial discretion; provided, however, that ICP's Anchor Tenant Buttons each shall be of equal or greater size than the anchor tenant button of any other standard anchor tenant which is continuously displayed on the same screen. So long as ICP is in compliance with the terms of this Agreement, provide ICP withno more than three (3) other parties shall receive standard anchor tenant continuous placement on the Music subchannel screen along with ICP. For purposes of this Agreement, at a minimum, the following Keywords (as well as any mutually agreed upon Keywords related to any new products or services developed by ICP during the Term): "SportsLine", "CBS SportsLine", "CBS Sports", "GolfWeb", "IGO Golf", "TheS▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇" "Comm▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇", "Football Playbook", "SoccerNet", and "Cricinfo" which Keywords shall link to an applicable page within the applicable ICP Internet Site, subject to AOL's approval, which approval Music Boulevard shall not be unreasonably withheld nor delayed, anddeemed to be an anchor tenant.

Beginning on the launch date of each Anchor Tenant Button Launch Date, ICP shall receive anchor tenant distribution within the Entertainment channel (or any specific successor thereof) offered on the AOL shall use commercially reasonable efforts to meet the launch dates set forth in EXHIBIT M)Service, AOL shall provide ICP with Anchor Tenant distribution (the "ANCHOR TENANCY") as follows:: AOL shall (a) continuously and prominently place, on a Continuous basis, place an agreed-upon ICP logo, banner, branded link, listing logo or other placement as set forth in EXHIBIT H banner (each, an "ANCHOR TENANT BUTTONAnchor Tenant Button") on each of the (i) Music channel main screen, and provide Banner Advertisements and other temporary Promotions set forth on EXHIBIT H on (ii) the screens set forth in Para▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ Music Genre Screens (▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇)Alternative, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ (▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ntry Services)Rock/Pop, Paragraph 3 (AOL.▇▇▇)R&B, ▇aragraph 4 (Digital City ServiceCountry, Jazz, Classical) and Paragraph 6 (CompuServe) of EXHIBIT H (or any specific successor theretosuccessors thereof) which Anchor Tenant Buttons Button(s) shall link to the ICP Internet Site(s); or, if requested by AOL pursuant to Section 5.2.1, to a Welcome Mat; Mat (as defined below), (b) provide ICP with any keyword(s) that the Parties mutually agree upon (subject to the terms of this Agreement, provide ICP with, at a minimum, the following Keywords (as well as any mutually agreed upon Keywords related to any new products or services developed by ICP during the Term): "SportsLine", "CBS SportsLine", "CBS Sports", "GolfWeb", "IGO Golf", "TheS▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇" "Comm▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇", "Football Playbook", "SoccerNet", and "Cricinfo" ) which Keywords shall link to an applicable page within a Welcome Mat, and (c) list the applicable ICP Internet Site, subject to Site in AOL's approval"Directory of Services" and "Find" features. Except to the extent expressly described herein, the exact form, placement and nature of the Anchor Tenant Button(s) shall be determined by AOL in its reasonable editorial discretion, provided, however, that each of ICP's Anchor Tenant Buttons shall be of equal or greater size than any other anchor tenant's Anchor Tenant Button which approval is continuously displayed on the same screen. So long as ICP is in compliance with the terms of this Agreement, there shall not be unreasonably withheld nor delayed, andno more than four (4) anchor tenants (including ICP) with their Anchor Tenant Buttons continuously displayed on any of the screens listed in clauses (a)(i) and (ii) above.

Beginning on the launch date of each Anchor Tenant Button Launch Date, ICP shall receive anchor tenant distribution within the Personal Finance channel (or any specific successor thereof) offered on the AOL shall use commercially reasonable efforts to meet the launch dates set forth in EXHIBIT M)Service, AOL shall provide ICP with Anchor Tenant distribution (the "ANCHOR TENANCY") as follows:: AOL shall (a) continuously and prominently place, on a Continuous basis, place an agreed-upon ICP logoicon, bannersymbol, branded linkname, listing logo or other placement as set forth in EXHIBIT H banner (each, an "ANCHOR TENANT BUTTONAnchor Tenant Button") and provide Banner Advertisements and other temporary Promotions set forth on EXHIBIT H on the screens set forth in Para▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ (▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ (▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ntry Services), Paragraph 3 (AOL.▇▇▇), ▇aragraph 4 (Digital City Service) and Paragraph 6 (CompuServe) of EXHIBIT H "Active Investor" screen (or any specific successor theretothereof), on which ICP's Anchor Tenant Button shall be ***** Anchor Tenant Buttons, and the "Investing Forums" screen (or any specific successor thereof), on which ICP's Anchor Tenant Button shall be ***** (based on relevant factors, e.g. ***** considered as a whole and not individually) ***** any other anchor tenant's ***** which is continuously displayed on such screen. Such Anchor Tenant Buttons shall each, through a uniform resource locator ("URL"), link to the ICP Internet Site(sWelcome Mat on the World Wide Web, or to some other mutually agreed-upon area(s) within the AOL Network ---------------------- ***** Confidential treatment has been requested for the redacted portions. The confidential redacted portions have been filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. (i. e. in "Rainman"); or, if requested by AOL pursuant to Section 5.2.1, to a Welcome Mat; (b) subject to the terms of this Agreement, provide ICP with, at a minimum, with the following Keywords (as well as any mutually agreed upon Keywords related to any new products or services developed by ICP during the Term): keywords "SportsLineTheStreet" ", "CBS SportsLine", "CBS Sports", "GolfWeb", "IGO Golf", "TheS▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇" "Comm▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇", "Football Playbook", "SoccerNet", and "CricinfoTSC" which Keywords shall link to an applicable page within the applicable Welcome Mat, and (c) list the ICP Internet Site, subject to Site in AOL's approval"Directory of Services" "Keywords" and "Find" features. Except to the extent expressly described herein, which approval the exact form, placement and nature of the Anchor Tenant Button shall not be unreasonably withheld nor delayed, anddetermined by AOL in it's ***** editorial discretion.
