Analytical Support. BI Pharma shall provide the agreed analytical support and analytical research and development for raw materials, in-process materials, intermediates, the Deliverables, cleaning, potency, controls for impurities in intermediates and the Deliverables, cGMP testing and documentation, and the like, always in accordance with to the Quality Agreement. BI Pharma shall maintain suitable written records to verify compliance with this paragraph and ELAN may audit such records as set forth in the Quality Agreement.
