Analytical Environment Clause Samples

Analytical Environment. Customer-facing components of the analytical enclave used for querying data and access to static reports will be measured 24/7 outside of scheduled downtime. Availability will be calculated based on the percentage of requests that were successfully responded to without an internal server error against the total number of requests received from the analytical environment. Contractor will maintain a service level of 99% based on that calculation.
