Common use of ANALYSIS AND MONITORING Clause in Contracts

ANALYSIS AND MONITORING. State Street shall (a) provide Fund (or its duly-authorized investment manager, investment advisor or sub-adviser, where applicable) with an analysis of the custody risks associated with maintaining assets with the Eligible Securities Depositories set forth on Schedule B hereto in accordance with section (a)(l)(i)(A) of Rule 17f-7, and (b) monitor such risks on a continuing basis, and promptly notify Fund (or its duly-authorized investment manager, investment advisor or sub- adviser, where applicable) of any material change in such risks, in accordance with section (a)(l)(i)(B) of Rule 17f-7.

State Street shall (a) provide Fund the Portfolio (or its duly-authorized investment manager, manager or investment advisor or sub-adviser, where applicable) with an analysis of the custody risks associated with maintaining assets with the Eligible Securities Depositories set forth on Schedule B hereto hereto, as amended from time to time, in accordance with section (a)(l)(i)(Aa)(1)(i)(A) of Rule 17f-7, as amended from time to time, and (b) monitor such risks on a continuing basis, and promptly notify Fund the Portfolio (or its duly-authorized investment manager, manager or investment advisor or sub- adviser, where applicable) of any material change in such risks, in accordance with section (a)(l)(i)(Ba)(1)(i)(B) of Rule 17f-7, as amended from time to time.
