Analog Trunk Clause Samples

The Analog Trunk clause defines the terms and conditions governing the use and provision of analog trunk lines, which are traditional telephone lines used to connect a private branch exchange (PBX) to the public switched telephone network (PSTN). This clause typically outlines the technical specifications, service levels, and responsibilities of both the service provider and the customer regarding installation, maintenance, and usage of these lines. By clearly establishing these parameters, the clause ensures reliable voice communication services and allocates responsibility for service quality and maintenance, thereby minimizing disputes and service interruptions.
