An up to-date seniority list will be sent to the Union and posted on the Union bulletin boards at the Institute in January of each year.
An up to-date seniority list shall be sent to the Secretary of the Union and all employees covered by the Collective Agreement no later than June 30th of each year and at the same time as employees are provided with the information outlined in Clause 10.02 of this Agreement.

Revised seniority lists shall be forwarded to the bargaining unit president, upon request or when there has been a change in the seniority list.
An up to-date and accurate asset inventory will be provided by the Recipient to the Commissioner for any items purchased with grant with a value exceeding £1,000 for inclusion within its Asset Register.
