Amount and Principles. You shall pay Fees as determined below to MMSW in respect of each Fee Obligation Year for which you are obligated (i.e. that corresponds to Your Reporting Obligation Year). By no later than November 30 SK LOGO of each Obligation Year, MMSW shall make a non-binding estimate of the total Fees payable by the Member in respect of the following Obligation Year. From time to time during the Obligation Year, MMSW will keep the Member promptly informed of any material adverse change in its estimate of the Fees. MMSW intends that all Fees shall be calculated by MMSW on a fair basis with a view to ensuring, so far as reasonably possible, that MMSW in total incurs neither a profit nor a loss and with particular regard to the following principles: 2.8.1.1. All Members will pay Fees to fund qualified municipalities that operate efficient and effective programs up to 75% of the net costs of managing the materials of our Members. . 2.8.1.2. Fee rates will take into account 75% of the net cost for managing each material; 2.8.1.3. Fee rates are adjusted to reward those materials with higher recycling rates relative to other materials; and 2.8.1.4. MMSW will disclose the cost components contributing to material Fee rates. The Fees shall be computed by reference to the following elements: 2.8.1.5. Up to 75% of the net costs of managing the materials of our Members to fund qualified municipalitiesthat operate efficient and effective programs; 2.8.1.6. Costs to set up and administer the WPP program; 2.8.1.7. Contributions to reserves, contingencies as either MMSW shall have identified in its budget or is proved to be necessary in operating MMSW in the Members’ best interests; 2.8.1.8. Interest on late payments; and 2.8.1.9. A sum equivalent to the amount required to defray any losses. In computing all or any of the above costs and expenses, MMSW will be required to estimate such costs and expenses as it shall consider reasonable and appropriate and shall take into account in calculating the Fees any surplus or deficit in MMSW as a result of its operations.

2.8.1.22.10.1.2. Fee rates will take into account 75% of the net actual cost for managing each material;
2.8.1.32.10.1.3. Fee rates are adjusted to reward those materials with higher recycling rates relative to other materials; and
2.8.1.42.10.1.4. MMSW MMBC will disclose the cost components contributing to material Fee rates. The Fees shall be computed by reference to the following elements:
2.8.1.52.10.1.5. Up Cost to 75% of the net costs of managing the materials of our Members to fund qualified municipalitiesthat operate efficient collect and effective programsrecycle Your PPP;
2.8.1.62.10.1.6. Costs to promote the collection and recycling of PPP;
2.10.1.7. Costs to set up and administer the WPP PPP program;
2.8.1.72.10.1.8. Contributions to reserves, contingencies and recycling infrastructure investments as either MMSW MMBC shall have identified in its budget or is proved to be necessary in operating MMSW MMBC in the Members’ best interests;
2.8.1.82.10.1.9. Interest on late payments; payments and
2.8.1.92.10.1.10. A sum equivalent to the amount required to defray any losses. In computing all or any of the above costs and expenses, MMSW MMBC will be required to estimate such costs and expenses as it shall consider reasonable and appropriate and shall take into account in calculating the Fees any surplus or deficit in MMSW MMBC as a result of its operations.
