Fees - Recalculation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, MMSW may further recalculate and revise the Fees on the basis set out in this Agreement and may adjust (either upwards or downwards) the Fees. For changes initiated by Us as a result of an audit or review, You are required to report and pay for all WPP from the time You begin Supplying WPP.
