Amount and Principles. You shall pay Fees to AMS in respect of each Fee Obligation Quarter for which you are obligated on the invoice due date. By no later than October 1 of the preceding year, AMS shall post the Fees for the subsequent year on the AMS website. In computing the costs and expenses, AMS will be required to estimate such costs and expenses as it shall consider reasonable and appropriate and shall take into account in calculating the Fees any surplus or deficit in AMS as a result of its operations.
