Amendments to these Bylaws. THE ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION, AND MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT Except for modifications to Section 4.0 BOARD OF DIRECTORS, Section 5.0 COMMITTEES ADVISING THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, Section 9.0 REGIONAL ENTITY FUNCTION and Section 10.0 AMENDMENTS, these Bylaws may be amended, repealed, or added to by the Board of Directors only upon 30 days written notice to the Membership of the proposed modification(s). Approval of amendments to the Bylaws by the Board of Directors must be by an affirmative vote of at least five directors. Sections 4.0, 5.0, 9.0, and 10.0 of these Bylaws and the Articles of Incorporation may be amended, repealed, or added to only by approval of the Membership. All amendments are subject to the requisite regulatory approval(s).
