Common use of Amendments to Article V Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Article V. (a) Solely with respect to the 2023 Notes, Section 501 of the Indenture shall be amended by deleting the “.” at the end of clause (7) thereof and replacing it with “; or” and inserting the following new Events of Default immediately following clause (7) thereof:
