Amendments to Article V. The provisions of Article V of the Credit Agreement are hereby amended as follows:
Amendments to Article V. Article V of the Original Indenture is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:
Amendments to Article V. (a) Solely with respect to the 2025 Notes, Section 501 of the Indenture shall be amended by deleting the “.” at the end of clause (7) thereof and replacing it with “; or” and inserting the following new Events of Default immediately following clause (7) thereof:
Amendments to Article V. (a) Article V of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding a new Section 5.12 at the end thereof to read in its entirety as follows:
Amendments to Article V. Article V of the Existing Credit Agreement is amended in accordance with Sections 2.4.1 through 2.4.3.
Amendments to Article V. Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, this Certificate or the Bylaws of the Corporation, and notwithstanding the fact that a lesser percentage may be specified by law, the affirmative vote of the holders of at least a majority of the votes which all the stockholders would be entitled to cast in any annual election of directors, voting together as a single class, shall be required to amend or repeal, or to adopt any provision inconsistent with, this Article V.
