Common use of Amendments to Article IX Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Article IX. a. Section 9.4(a) is hereby amended by (i) deleting the number "127,800" opposite the date 3/31/00 in the table set forth therein and inserting the number "116,500" therefor and (ii) deleting the number "141,000" opposite the date 6/30/00 in the table set forth therein and inserting the number "125,500" therefor; and

Amendments to Article IX. a. (a) Section 9.4(a) is hereby amended by (i) deleting the number "127,800305,000" opposite the date 3/31/00 6/30/02 in the table set forth therein and inserting the number "116,500222,000" therefor in lieu thereof and (ii) deleting the number "141,000325,000" opposite the date 6/30/00 9/30/02 in the table set forth therein and inserting the number "125,500235,000" thereforin lieu thereof; and

Amendments to Article IX. a. Section 9.4(a) is hereby amended by (i) deleting the number "127,800157,000" opposite the date 3/31/00 9/30/00 in the table set forth therein and inserting the number "116,500140,000" therefor and (ii) deleting the number "141,000175,000" opposite the date 6/30/00 12/31/00 in the table set forth therein and inserting the number "125,500147,000" therefor; and

Amendments to Article IX. a. Section 9.4(a) is hereby amended by (i) deleting the number "127,800" “280,000” opposite the date 3/31/00 3/31/02 in the table set forth therein and inserting the number "116,500" therefor and (ii) deleting the number "141,000" opposite the date 6/30/00 “210,000” in the table set forth therein and inserting the number "125,500" thereforlieu thereof; and
