Amendments; Assignments. This Agreement may be amended only by written agreement signed by CSAMSI and each Fund. To the extent that a written amendment pursuant to this Section is signed by some but not all of the Funds, such amendment shall be effective only with respect to the Funds that signed such written amendment. This Agreement may not be assigned by either party without the prior written consent of the other party. This Agreement will also terminate automatically in the event of its assignment (as defined in the 1940 Act).
