Amendment to the PMR Governance Framework. 5.1 The provisions of this PMR Governance Framework may be amended with the prior consent of all PMR Participants; provided that, any amendments that would affect the rights or obligations of the Bank or the additional Delivery Partners will only be effective upon the agreement of the Bank or the additional Delivery Partners, respectively.
