Common use of Amendment to Schedules and Exhibits Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Schedules and Exhibits. Schedules 1.1(c) and 6.15 attached hereto as Exhibit B and Exhibit C, respectively, shall be added to the Amended Credit Agreement.
