Amendment to Schedule 6. 7. Schedule 6.7 to the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the revised Schedule 6.7 attached to this Amendment.
Amendment to Schedule 6. 13A Schedule 6.13A of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as attached as Exhibit I.
Amendment to Schedule 6. 8. Schedule 6.8 of the Reimbursement Agreement is hereby amended by inserting the following new item 19 immediately following item number 18 thereof:
Amendment to Schedule 6. 02. Schedule 6.02 to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety in the form of Schedule 6.02 annexed to this First Amendment.

Amendment to Schedule 6. 17. Schedule 6.17 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by designating the properties at 000 Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx, Louisiana, 5659 Elder Ferry Road, Moss Point, Mississippi, and 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx as excluded collateral.
