Common use of Amendment to Schedule 6 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Schedule 6. 8. Schedule 6.8 to the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted and the attached Schedule 6.8 is hereby substituted in its stead.

Amendment to Schedule 6. 801. Schedule 6.8 to 6.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and the new Schedule 6.01 attached Schedule 6.8 hereto as Annex B is hereby substituted in its steadlieu thereof, with such substitution deemed effective as of the Effective Date.

Amendment to Schedule 6. 83. Schedule 6.8 6.3 to the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted and the attached Schedule 6.8 6.3 is hereby substituted in its stead.
