Amendment to Cover Page. The cover page of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated to read as set forth on Annex II attached hereto.
Amendment to Cover Page. The Contract Price schedule contained on the Cover Page of the Solar PPA is hereby replaced in its entirety with the schedule set forth on Annex 1 to this Amendment.
Amendment to Cover Page. The cover page of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the reference to "$275,000,000" contained therein and substituting "$350,000,000" therefor.

Amendment to Cover Page. Cover Page. The cover page of the Agreement is hereby amended by replacing “$50,000,000” therein with “$125,000,000”.
Amendment to Cover Page. The cover page of the Credit Agreement is hereby modified and amended by (i) inserting TD Bank, N.A. as a Co-Documentation Agent and (ii) replacing “HSBC Bank USA” with “HSBC Bank USA, National Association”.
Amendment to Cover Page. The parties hereto hereby agree to amend the Cover Page by adding the words “as amended as of March 29, 2007” on a new line immediately following the words “dated as of February 9, 2007”.
