Common use of Amendment to Conform with Standards Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Conform with Standards. The Customer hereby acknowledges that the NAESB may, from time to time, revise or implement standards that conflict with or supplement the provisions of this Agreement. If it becomes necessary for the Company to adopt a recommended standard that conflicts with or supplements the provisions of this Agreement, it shall deliver a notice to the Customer which specifies such standard and sets out the revisions to this Agreement that are necessary to accommodate such standard. The Parties agree that on the thirtieth (30th) day following the delivery of such notice, this Agreement shall be deemed to be amended by the incorporation of the revisions set out in such notice.
