Common use of Amendment of Subsection Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Subsection. 9.3. Subsection 9.3 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting paragraph (h) thereof in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following new paragraph:

Amendment of Subsection. 9.39.1(a)(iii). Subsection 9.3 9.1(a)(iii) of the Credit Agreement hereby is hereby amended by deleting paragraph clause (hi) thereof in its entirety and by substituting in lieu thereof therefor the following new paragraphfollowing:
