Continuing Effect of Credit Agreement. This Amendment shall not constitute a waiver, amendment or modification of any other provision of the Credit Agreement not expressly referred to herein and shall not be construed as a waiver or consent to any further or future action on the part of the Borrowers that would require a waiver or consent of the Lenders or the Administrative Agent. Except as expressly amended or modified herein, the provisions of the Credit Agreement are and shall remain in full force and effect.
Continuing Effect of Credit Agreement. Except as expressly amended hereby, all of the provisions of the Credit Agreement are ratified and confirmed and remain in full force and effect.

To the extent of conflict between the terms of this Agreement, the Credit Agreement and the Loan Documents, the terms of this Agreement shall govern and control. The Credit Agreement and this Agreement shall be read and construed as one agreement.

Except as expressly amended hereby, the Credit Agreement shall continue to be and shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.

Reference to this specific Amendment need not be made in any note, document, letter, certificate, the Credit Agreement itself, or any communication issued or made pursuant to or with respect to the Credit Agreement, any reference to the Credit Agreement being sufficient to refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.

Except as expressly waived hereby, the provisions of the Credit Agreement are and shall remain in full force and effect. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND CONSENT. Each of the Loan Parties hereby: acknowledges and consents to the execution and delivery of this Amendment and performance of the Credit Agreement;
Continuing Effect of Credit Agreement. Except as expressly set forth herein, or in any other documents to be executed and delivered in connection herewith, the Loan Documents shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with their terms.
