Common use of Amendment Fees Clause in Contracts

Amendment Fees. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall have received all fees due and payable on or prior to the Third Amendment Effective Date under this Amendment or the Credit Agreement, including an amendment fee payable to each of the undersigned consenting Lenders executing this Amendment on or prior to the Third Amendment Effective Date (the “Consenting Lenders”) in an amount equal to 0.10% of such Consenting Lender’s outstanding Commitment (whether or not funded) as of the Third Amendment Effective Date.

Amendment Fees. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders Borrower shall have received all fees due and payable on or prior to the Third Amendment Effective Date under this Amendment or the Credit Agreement, including paid an amendment fee payable to each of the undersigned consenting Lenders executing this Amendment on or prior to the Administrative Agent, for the account of each Lender which has approved this Third Amendment Effective Date (the “Consenting Lenders”) Amendment, as evidenced by such Lender’s timely execution and delivery of a counterpart signature page to this Third Amendment, in an amount equal to 0.10% (i.e. 10 basis points) of the aggregate of such Consenting Lender’s outstanding Commitment (whether or not funded) as approving Lenders’ Commitments immediately after the effectiveness of the this Third Amendment Effective DateAmendment.

Amendment Fees. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders Borrower shall have received all fees due and payable on deposited with the Administrative Agent, for the account of each Lender that enters into to this Third Amendment, by delivery of a signature page at or prior to the Third Amendment Effective Date under this Amendment or time specified by the Credit AgreementAdministrative Agent, including in immediately available funds, an amendment fee payable equal to each one-fourth of the undersigned consenting Lenders executing this Amendment on or prior to the Third Amendment Effective Date one percent (the “Consenting Lenders”0.250%) in of an amount equal to 0.10% of such Consenting Lender’s outstanding Commitment (whether or not funded) Commitment, as of the reduced by this Third Amendment Effective DateAmendment.
