AMENDMENT DISAGREEMENT. In the event the Client not agree with the new Website Hosting Terms of Service or any attachment to this Agreement, the Client will be responsible for securing alternative website hosting. The Client will be responsible for all costs that come along with securing alternative website hosting, including but not limited to, new website hosting costs, website transfer fees, domain name registration fees, and any other fees associated with securing new website hosting. The Host will not provide assistance in the transferring of website or web services to an outside company. The Client must give the Host a minimum of 15- days’ notice of stopping of services.
