Common use of Amended and Restated Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amended and Restated Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement executed by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Continuing Lenders.

The Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of the Amended and Restated Credit this Agreement executed by signed on behalf of the Borrower, each Guarantor, each of the Existing Lenders, each of the Lenders party hereto and the Administrative Agent and the Continuing LendersAgent.
