Common use of Ambulances Clause in Contracts

Ambulances. The Contractor shall maintain, and provide to the County annually, the complete listing of all Ambulances (including reserve Ambulances) used in the performance of the Agreement, including their license and vehicle identification numbers, and mileage. The minimum number of Ambulances supplied for the fleet in the County shall equal at least 130 percent of peak load staffing requirements proposed by the Contractor. The specific intent of this provision is that Contractor has adequate reserve Ambulances to service the County. If reserve Ambulances are to be part of a combined fleet, Contractor must document how the minimum reserve capacity requirement will be met.
