Common use of Alternative Schedule Clause in Contracts

Alternative Schedule. Assigned hours or days the RN regularly works outside of the Health and Human Services Department's normal hours of operation. During the term of this agreement, the cCounty reserves the option of establishing a ten (10)‐hour, four (4)‐day workweek, which may be instituted provided the employees affected are given fifteen (15) calendar days advance notice.
