Alternative reporting procedures. As an alternative to the use of the specific procedures provided, an applicant may submit proposed reporting procedures for a general type of fishery operation (i.e., transshipments under Activity Code 10) to the appropriate Regional Administrator and the USCG com- mander (see tables 1 and 2 to § 600.502 of this chapter).
