Alternative Analysis. Utilize a decision matrix to evaluate the conceptual schematic alternatives and to select a recommended alternative considering various engineering, environmental, socioeconomic, cost, and safety factors. The selection of a recommended alternative will be coordinated with the FBCTRA and various alignment alternatives for Segment C to the south of FM 2759.
