Alternative Analysis. The DESIGN PROFESSIONAL shall conduct detailed evaluation of primary and alternative design concepts included in the Exhibit A to recommend the project design to meet or exceed overflow reduction goals within the project area. CSO controls to be evaluated include sewer separation, green infrastructure, in-line and off-line storage, and diversion structure consolidation and/or elimination.
