Alternative Accommodation. 14.1 If at any time the Premises is under occupied, the Association may terminate this Tenancy by giving 2 months’ notice subject to the Association offering the Tenant suitable alternative Accommodation. 14.2 Any new tenancy shall be granted by the Association on the same and material terms as this Agreement (save for any amendments required to take into account the new term of the tenancy and the new rent) and the Association and Tenant shall use all reasonable endeavours to enter into a new tenancy, in the same form as this Tenancy, before the commencement of the new term. 14.3 The Initial Rent on any new Tenancy (“the New Initial Rent”) shall be the Standard Rent for the new Premises unless the Household Income exceeds the High Earners Income Threshold, in which case the Rent will be the market rent for the new Premises.
