Alternate Use of Purification Area. BTG shall have the right, but not the obligation, to utilize the Purification Area for the production, handling or storage of other products during periods when the Purification Area is not being utilized for the Processing of Bulk Product pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 5.7 in the Quality Agreement.
