Alternate Assignment. The University may, at its discretion, place employees in an alternate assignment or on home assignment during disciplinary investigations. Employees on home assignments must remain available during their normal hours of work. Alternate and home assignments are not discipline, and employees will not lose pay or benefits for a home assignment. Alternate and home assignments are not subject to the grievance procedure.
Alternate Assignment a. Full-time faculty may accept alternate non-instructional assignments, as offered by the College President for a maximum of three years with the following conditions of employment.
