Alteration of terms of Agreement. We may alter the terms of this Agreement by giving You seven (7) days’ notice in writing to Your last known address. Where We alter the terms, this may be to comply with legislative changes, in response to industry codes and guidelines or where the costs of the Agreement necessitates such changes. Where the terms of this Agreement are changed, You may terminate it and receive a pro rata refund based on the number of full unexpired months of Service remaining less all such claims and administration fees that may have already been paid and subject to Us setting off any amounts which may be due and owing to Us by You from such pro rata refund.

  • ALTERATION OF TERMS 13 This Agreement, including any Exhibit(s) attached hereto and 14 incorporated by reference, fully expresses all understandings of the parties 15 and is the total Agreement between the parties as to the subject matter of 16 this Agreement.   • Modification of Terms The Contract contains all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties, which terms and conditions shall govern all transactions between the Customer and the Contractor. The Customer's acceptance of product or processing of documentation on forms furnished by the Contractor for approval or payment shall not constitute acceptance of the proposed modification to terms and conditions.
