Allowances 25.1 Site allowances shall be paid in accordance with the allowances set out in Appendix C, or as determined by the Disputes Panel pursuant to the provisions of Appendix C.
Wages and Classification Premiums Provisions under these headings shall remain unchanged and are repeated as 20.04, except to the extent that the Wage Schedule referred to in the hospital's expiring collective agreement shall be adjusted and retroactivity shall be paid in accordance with the Implementation Agreement signed.
Vehicle Allowances Vehicle allowances for all distances travelled on the Employer's business will be paid to employees who use their own vehicles in the performance of their duties. The allowance will cover distance to and from the employee's place of residence up to a total maximum of 32 kilometres, only when the employee is required to have their vehicle at work for use in the performance of their duties. Vehicle allowance will be 55¢ per kilometre.
PAYMENT OF WAGES AND ALLOWANCES 22.01 The Employer shall pay salaries and wages bi-weekly in accordance with Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. On each payday, each employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his wages and deductions.
Wages and Allowances The wages contained herein at Clause 7 – Wages Schedules will be in lieu of the wages described in other Appendices of this Agreement but are to be read in conjunction with Clause 4 of this Appendix. The allowances will apply as contained in Appendix A unless mentioned otherwise in this Appendix.
WAGES AND CLASSIFICATIONS 14.01 Job classifications are set out in Schedule "A" of this Agreement. They shall not be changed or deleted, nor shall the jobs themselves be altered or amended without discussion with the Union.
Equalization of Overtime To the extent possible, consistent with current practice, voluntary overtime opportunities shall be distributed equally among qualified volunteers with similar skills and duties. The employer will attempt to meet overtime needs by first soliciting volunteers prior to making assignments. It is understood that soliciting volunteers may not be appropriate in emergency situations (including short-notice absences). Section Six. (a) Effective 7/1/95, employees who are assigned to a fixed duty station and have previously been receiving portal to portal pay, shall have the benefit of counting their travel time to and from the fixed duty station limited to one-half (1/2) hour each way.
Cash Allowances (a) The Guaranteed Price includes cash allowances as set out in the Specifications which shall be expended as Owner directs through the Consultant by a Cash Allowance Disbursement Authorization.
Other Allowances The District shall pay to each teacher appointed by the District to the following positions, the Allowance respectively set forth opposite each such position, namely: Effective September 1, 2009
