Allowance Rate. An Employee at this level: • is capable of functioning with a high level of autonomy, and prioritising their work within established policies, guidelines and procedures; • is responsible for work performed with a substantial level of accountability and responsibility; • works either individually or in a team; • may require comprehensive computer knowledge or be required to use a computer on a regular basis; • possesses administrative skills and problem solving abilities; possesses well developed communication, interpersonal and/or arithmetic skills; and • may require formal qualifications at post-trade or Advanced Certificate or Associate Diploma level and/or relevant skills training or experience. Typical Roles: • General Services: Maintenance tradesperson (advanced) or Gardener (advanced) • Catering Services: Senior chef • Clerical Support Services: Aged Care Employee - Level 7 An Employee at this level: • is capable of functioning autonomously, and prioritising their work and the work of others within established policies, guidelines and procedures; • is responsible for work performed with a substantial level of accountability and responsibility; • may supervise the work of others, including work allocation, rostering and guidance; • works either individually or in a team; • may require comprehensive computer knowledge or be required to use a computer on a regular basis; • possesses developed administrative skills and problem solving abilities; • possesses well developed communication, interpersonal and/or arithmetic skills; and • may require formal qualifications at trade or Advanced Certificate or Associate Diploma level and/or relevant skills training or experience. Allowance Rate. The annual allowance shall be seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
Allowance Rate. Any Employee who is appointed as a Senior shall be paid an allowance of 10% of the base rate. This allowance will be additional to any other allowance to which the Employee is entitled except as provided in clause 20.1(f).

  • Mileage Rate The mileage rate for authorized travel – based on State of Florida rates on the Effective Date of this Agreement – is $0.445 per mile.

  • Interest Rate The LHIN may charge the HSP interest on any amount owing by the HSP at the then current interest rate charged by the Province of Ontario on accounts receivable.

  • Accrual Rate Compensatory time for employees will accrue at the rate of one and one-half hours for each one hour of overtime worked.

  • BASE PAY RATE The employee's basic hourly rate exclusive of overtime premium, shift premium, stability or any other special allowances.

  • Mileage Rates The mileage rate shall be the maximum allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. If the IRS rate should change during the term of the contract, the contract rate shall change also on the date specified by the IRS.

  • Y-Rate The Board of Supervisors may adopt a Y-rate to apply to: (1) an employee who would suffer an actual decrease in salary as a result of action taken by the County, without fault or inability on the part of the employee, or (2) an employee who is changing from one (1) class series to another, as a normal consequent of career development through the County's upward mobility program, and the salary of the class the employee enters in the new class series is less than the salary the employee was receiving in the former class. A Y-rate means a salary rate, for an individual employee, which is greater than the established range for the class.

  • Accrual Rates All eligible employees shall accrue vacation pay according to the following rates:

  • Accrual Rate of Sick Leave With Pay Credits Full-time employees shall accrue eight (8) hours of sick leave with pay credits for each full month worked. Employees who work less than the full month but at least thirty-two (32) hours during the month shall accrue sick leave with pay on a pro rata basis for the month.

  • Wage Rate The hourly rates for full-time junior and adult apprentices as set out in this agreement shall apply to school based apprentices except that the school based apprentice for pay purposes will be paid a further 25% of hours to the actual hours worked for off the job training.
